    Dear Nicole, every time I roll out my mat and switch on some of your videos - it's an amazing feeling...     Very nice class.....maybe simple enough for my exercise shy, online learning dismissive partner. Slightly slower paced and very clear, including very useful tip on elevating the waist from floor while lying on side with head supported on bent arm. Well worth doing.

    Hi, I started doing your workout about 2weeks ago, 5 times per week or more if I can and that's what happening in my mind 🙏🏻: First I was surprised because I always felt that there was something missing in other workouts like pamela reif, chloe ting etc.. Those were great but I did them JUST to lose weight and 0 pleasure. With your workouts, like I said, it was a surprise cause you have the SOMETHING that was missing : calm, stretch even during the workout, time to connect with the body, breathe... That's MY king of workout, that's ME. 🫶🏻 🌞Thank you because I really think that for the first time in my entire life, I will do sport by will and not necessity, I will be consistent because I feel the need to connect my soul and my body. And by the way, this workout was pure meditation and I think you can try hypnose because you already make Good suggestions here 😂
